I would recommend Jeff Rutt to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor. My husband and I sold our house in Basking RIdge NJ and knew we would come to Lancaster. Jeff contacted me in November of 2010 when I sent an inquiry into a website. Even by phone I could tell a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.
